Our job is to show you by our pain and our joy, in order that you understand that life is about play, knowledge and learning. We learn from each other, the best way to be, the greatest way to live. Sometimes we have to die to help you to shed a layer of protection in order that you can change.

In death, we are born anew, our hearts rekindled without the fettering of the earthly form. The death process is about relinquishing what you think should be, and daring to hope that there may be a better way to think, a clearer way of doing what you think you have to do during your life. You are too complicated and our wish is to show you simplification. With the joy of doing nothing, your heart will be restored and your soul will sing. Just stop. Stop doing and learn how to exist with nothing - no noise, no distractions, no materialism - just for a moment.

In the silence you will discover the soul, the essence that seeks to drive you to completion, but whom you so often ignore, failing to hear the beating of the spirit of the horse desperate to run, to gallop, to fly into the wilderness of who and what you really are.

Take time to listen, really listen and you will know, you will know what we all know. Life is short but it can be beautiful in its pain and its unending joy. Laugh, do not take yourself so seriously and you will gain so much, and be closer to the horse in your life and in yourself.
